BUYCN is a one-stop China purchasing and consolidation platform committed to a safe and reliable shopping experience. We respect intellectual property rights; listing, selling or purchasing IP-infringing goods (such as counterfeit goods) is a strict violation of BUYCN policy. We do not handle counterfeit or trademark-infringing items. Branded goods are accepted as personal-purchase orders for authentic products only.

1. Definition of Counterfeit Goods

Counterfeit goods are products deliberately made to imitate genuine ones so as to mislead consumers about their authenticity — for example fakes, replicas or imitations of branded goods, typically using a brand name, logo or other intellectual property without the trademark owner's consent.

2. How BUYCN Prevents Counterfeit Goods

BUYCN does not sell any products. We provide purchasing-agent, quality-inspection and consolidation services for third-party goods listed on Chinese e-commerce platforms (1688 / Taobao / Weidian, etc.). We keep counterfeit goods out of the purchasing flow through multiple mechanisms:

Automated screening: search, estimate and order-creation requests matching counterfeit/replica-indicating keywords are rejected automatically (category 1 of the eight screened categories in our Terms of Service);
Source filtering: high-risk brand words and replica-indicating keywords are filtered at the search source, with the word list continuously expanded;
Warehouse QC: every item is inspected and photographed on arrival; a suspected counterfeit halts the purchase and is reported back to you.

Despite our ongoing efforts, you may still encounter a suspected counterfeit item. In that case, we recommend that you stop purchasing it and report the item to our customer service.

3. Examples of Potentially Infringing Goods

Goods displaying a brand name or logo without the IP owner's authorization;
Goods whose brand or logo is nearly indistinguishable from the genuine one except for subtle modifications;
Goods with the brand or logo deliberately hidden, or visually altered to conceal such marks;
Goods carrying deliberately misspelled well-known brand names;
Listings that include a brand name or logo even though the actual product carries none.

4. Reporting and Right-Holder Complaints

If you receive a suspected counterfeit item, or find suspected infringing content on the platform, please report it via a support ticket or email service@buycn.com and we will verify and handle it. Right holders should submit complaints under the "IP Complaints and Takedown" section of our Terms of Service, including: (1) proof of rights (trademark registration, patent certificate, copyright registration or a statement of ownership, etc.); and (2) the specific link(s) to the product in question. BUYCN undertakes to respond within 3 business days of receiving a complete complaint. Where a complaint is verified, BUYCN will take down the relevant content and, depending on severity, may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate the accounts involved.

5. Disclaimers

(1) Third-party responsibility

As a purchasing-agent and consolidation platform, BUYCN does not warrant the quality or authenticity of goods sold by third-party sellers, but we will do our best to help users communicate and resolve related disputes.

(2) User responsibility

Users must ensure that the goods they entrust to us comply with the laws and regulations of China and of the destination country or region. Any loss or liability arising from goods that violate local laws shall be borne by the user; BUYCN assumes no related responsibility.
